Both Sophie and Keefe told him that they would honor his conditions and Mr. 1 – That he (Keefe’s dad) would be inducted into the Black Swan, and 2 – that Keefe, who hated his dad, would come back to live with him. But he had two conditions that he required that they would follow before he would tell them. Later, when Sophie and Keefe went to visit Keefe’s dad, Keefe’s dad said that he knew where the other Nightfall (the supposedly real one where Sophie’s parents were really being kept) was. And Alvar had been exposed to almost a fistful of it, making it almost fatal if they couldn’t find the right cure! Just the tiniest drop can cause you to be knocked out cold for three days. And so they had drugged him with soporidine, an ogre enzyme that makes you sleep for a long time. Apparently, the Neverseen had had no use for him. All that was left was Alvar, the brother of Sophie’s friend, Fitz. But when they got there, it had been abandoned. Sophie and Keefe got information from Keefe’s mom about where Nightfall was (the hideout where her parents supposedly were), hence the title Nightfall. But, they technically had nothing to do with each other.Īmy was going to be very safe with Quinlin and LIvvy while Sophie worked on getting her parents back. Their relationship was a little bit confusing because, technically, Quinlin and Livvy hadn’t gotten divorced because divorce wasn’t common in the elvin world. She went to live with Quinlin and Livvy, his wife. The particular hideout they chose was a secret compartment in Atlantis, the supposedly sunken city that was the capital of elves. So, with a little bit (okay, maybe A LOT) of persuasion, Sophie convinced the Black Swan to take Amy into one of their hideouts. She now knew herself as “Natalie Freeman.” But, when Amy saw Sophie, something triggered in her brain and she remembered her. You’re welcome!!) But, when they go back to search the house for any clues of why the Neverseen captured her parents, they found Sophie’s little sister, Amy, whose memories had been wiped of Sophie’s existence. (As I said, this is at the very end of the last book, so I just spoiled the entire last book for you because you didn’t follow my directions.
